Terms & Conditions

KETENTUAN UMUM
GENERAL REGULATION

1. Tiket hanya dapat dibeli melalui www.taiwanexcellence.id/en/TE-with-AFGAN. Tiket hanya dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke lokasi acara (16 May 2024, at Assembly Hall - JCC Senayan)
   Tickets can only be purchased through www.taiwanexcellence.id/en/TE-with-AFGAN. Tickets are only valid for admission to venue location (16 May 2024, at Assembly Hall - JCC Senayan)
2. Tiket DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN bersifat GRATIS atau tidak dipungut biaya apapun. Tiket yang dibeli dari website pihak ketiga dan reseller yang tidak sah menjadi tanggung jawab pribadi dan risiko dari pembeli tiket.
   DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN tickets are FREE or without any charge. Tickets purchased from third-party websites and unauthorized resellers are at the sole risk and responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
3. Tiket dapat dibeli oleh penonton berusia 17 tahun keatas.
   Ticket can be purchased by audience aged 17 years and above. 
4. Pastikan Anda melakukan pembelian tiket DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN dengan menggunakan nama Anda yang sah dan benar (sesuai dengan Kartu Identitas/Kartu Pelajar/KTP/KK/SIM/Paspor). Data Anda tidak dapat di ubah setelah pembelian sudah dilakukan.
   The purchaser name should match the name indicated on your personal identification document (ID Card/KTP/KK/Student Card/SIM/Passport) following purchasing tickets DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN. Your ticket's data cannot be changed, modified, or transferred once purchased.
5. 1 (Satu) akun hanya dapat membeli 2 (dua) tiket per transaksi. Akun dengan NIK, alamat email dan nomor telepon yang sama tidak bisa melakukan pembelian berulang.
   Each account can purchase 2 (two) ticket per transaction. Accounts with the same ID Number, email address and telephone number will be blocked from attempting to make repeated purchases.
6. Setiap pemegang tiket akan mendapatkan 1 (satu) buah wristband dan 1 (satu) buah badge Taiwan Expo. Dimohon untuk membawa KTP/KK/Passport/SIM/Kartu Pelajar asli sesuai dengan data yang tertera di E-ticket pada saat penukaran wristband.
   Each ticket holder will get 1 (one) wristband and 1 (one) Taiwan Expo badge. Please bring a valid ID card/KK/Passport/Driving License/Student Card with your personal information that matches with your E-Ticket’s data in order to redeem your wristband.
7. Dengan membeli tiket DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN, Anda telah menyetujui pengumpulan penyimpanan dan penggunaan data pribadi Anda secara terbatas untuk keperluan acara DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN.
   By purchasing tickets DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN, you agree to the collection, storage, and limited use of your personal data for the purposes of DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN.
8. E-Ticket menggunakan sistem barcode dan berlaku untuk satu kali penukaran wristband. Wristband yang sudah ditukarkan dengan E-Ticket merupakan tanda yang berlaku untuk masuk ke area panggung yang disediakan khusus untuk fans pada saat sesi performance dan mendapatkan Fans Kit.
   The E-Ticket contains a barcode and will be used to redeem your wristbands. The barcode is only valid for wristband redemption for one time. Only ticket holders with valid wristbands will be permitted to enter the stage area dedicated for fans during the performance session and to redeem the Fans Kit.
9. Setiap wristband akan memiliki nomor yang menentukan antrian Anda pada saat berada di holding area. Nomor pada wristband akan didistribusikan secara berurutan berdasarkan waktu kedatangan/penukaran wristband. 
   Each wristband will have a number that determines your queue at the holding area. The number on the wristband will be distributed sequentially based on the time of arrival/redemption of the wristband.
10. Mohon tidak membagikan dan menyebarluaskan nomor barcode di dalam E-Ticket baik dalam bentuk unggahan foto atau email dan lainnya. Barcode yang tercantum pada E-Ticket bersifat rahasia, tidak boleh rusak dan disebarluaskan kepada siapapun dan ke manapun sampai Anda masuk ke dalam venue acara.
    Please do not share or disseminate the barcode and/or barcode number in the E-Ticket in any form (photo uploads, emails, screenshots). The barcode listed on E-Ticket is confidential and must not be damaged until you have redeemed your wristband and successfully entered the venue.
11. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian pembeli E-Ticket yang mengakibatkan E-Ticket jatuh ke tangan orang lain (dalam penguasaan orang lain) untuk dipergunakan sebagai tanda masuk tempat pertunjukkan yang menghilangkan hak dari pembeli E-Ticket.
    The Organizer is not responsible for situations in which the negligence of the E-Ticket buyer leads to the use/tampering/appropriation of the E-Ticket and its contents by another individual. Upon discovery of such situations, the E-Ticket will be nulled and deemed invalid, and the buyer will forfeit the rights previously entitled to the E-Ticket holder.
12. Informasi mengenai acara:
    • Acara terdiri dari Product Experience with AFGAN, Mini Games with AFGAN, dan Performance by AFGAN. HANYA 50 PERSERTA PERTAMA yang menukarkan wristband yang berkesempatan mengikuti sesi Product Experience dan Mini Games with AFGAN.
      The event consist of Product Experience with AFGAN, Mini Games with AFGAN, and Performance by AFGAN. ONLY THE FIRST 50 PARTICIPANTS who redeemed their wristbands had the opportunity to join the Product Experience and Mini Games with AFGAN sessions.
    • Pengaturan penonton pada saat sesi Performance by AFGAN adalah FREE STANDING, dimana proses masuk ke area penonton akan berdasarkan antrian nomor wristband.
      The audience arrangement during the Performance by AFGAN session is FREE STANDING, where the process of entering the audience area will be based on the wristband number.
13. Informasi mengenai penukaran wristband:
    Wristband redemption information is as follows :
    • Booth penukaran wristband dibuka pada 16 May 2024 pukul 09.45 WIB  dan terletak di area pintu masuk Assembly Hall – JCC, Jakarta. Antrian penukaran wristband akan dibuka pada pukul 08.00 WIB di sekitar booth penukaran wristband. Para peserta diharapkan untuk datang setelah jam 08.00 WIB.
      The wristband redemption booth will open on May 16th, 2024 at 09.45 WIB and located at the entrance gate of Assembly Hall – JCC, Jakarta. The queue for wristband redemption will start at 08.00 WIB around the redemption booth. Participants are expected to arrive after 08.00 WIB.
14. Syarat penukaran wristband :
    Wristband exchange requirements :
    • E-Ticket (Elektronik / Dicetak)
      E-Ticket (Electronic / Printed)
    • KTP/KK/SIM/Paspor/Kartu Pelajar yang masih berlaku dan asli (nama harus sesuai dengan yang tertera di E-Ticket)
      Original and valid KTP/KK/SIM/Passport/Student Card. Your name on your personal identification document must match the one reflected on your E-Ticket.
15. Tidak ada wristband pengganti yang akan dikeluarkan dalam kondisi apa pun jika hilang & rusak karena alasan apapun. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas gelang yang hilang, dicuri atau rusak.
    No wristband replacement will be issued or permitted under any circumstances. You will be responsible for ensuring that your wristband and Taiwan Expo badge are not lost, stolen, and/or damaged. Organizers will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged wristband and Taiwan Expo badge.

KEBIJAKAN UMUM
GENERAL POLICIES

1. Setiap pemegang tiket yang datang ke area acara bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan, kesehatan, dan keamanan pribadinya sendiri. Para penyelenggara/manajemen tidak bertanggung jawab untuk, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada cedera atau kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi kepada pemegang tiket selama atau di dalam acara tersebut.
   Every event attendee is responsible for their own safety, health, and personal security. The promoter and/or management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur to the event attendee within the event premises or before/during/after the event.
2. Penjualan tiket resmi hanya melalui website dan channel yang telah diinformasikan melalui akun resmi sosial media penyelenggara acara @TaiwanExcellence_id. Pembelian tiket di luar dari channel resmi menjadi tanggung jawab dan resiko pribadi dari pembeli tiket.
   Official tickets will only be sold through the website and channel announced on Taiwan Excellence’s official social media accounts @TaiwanExcellence_id. Ticket(s) purchased from unofficial and unauthorized third parties are at the sole risk and responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
3. Pemegang tiket memberikan hak kepada pihak penyelenggara acara untuk melakukan perekaman dan penggunaan video dan gambar untuk publisitas, promosi dan keperluan komersil lainnya yang berkaitan dengan acara DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN di kemudian hari.
   The ticket holder grants the promoter the right to record and use any video and picture for publicity, promotion or other commercial purposes related to DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN event in future.
4. Penyelenggara acara memiliki hak untuk menolak masuk dan/atau mengeluarkan orang-orang yang tidak menaati syarat dan ketentuan acara beserta orang-orang yang dengan sengaja membuat kerusuhan/menimbulkan hal-hal yang merugikan satu pihak atau pihak lainnya.
   Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or evict ticket holders who do not abide by the terms and conditions of the event and/or intentionally create situations that are detrimental to any involved party, at the sole discretion of the promoter.
5. Dengan membeli tiket untuk ke acara DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN, maka pembeli tiket dan pemegang tiket setuju untuk menaati setiap dan seluruh syarat dan ketentuan acara yang ditetapkan dan berlaku dari waktu ke waktu.
   By purchasing DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN ticket, ticket buyers and ticket holders agree to comply with all the terms & conditions of the event that are valid from the time of purchase up until the conclusion of the event.
6. Penyelenggara acara menentang adanya SARA dan perundungan. Setiap peserta yang menunjukkan perilaku ini akan dikeluarkan dari acara atas kebijakan penyelenggara.
   Promoter does not permit any form of harassment and/or bullying. Any participant exhibiting this behavior will be removed from the event at the organizer's discretion.
7. Berikut adalah barang barang yang tidak diizinkan masuk ke dalam area acara selama acara DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN berlangsung:
   The following items are not permitted in the event area during the DISCOVER TAIWAN EXCELLENCE WITH AFGAN event:

   • Kamera Profesional, DSLR, Perekam, Kamera Polaroid, GoPro, Drone, etc
     Professional Cameras, DSLR, Recorders, Polaroid Cameras, GoPros, Drones etc

   • Ipad/Tablet
     Ipads/Tablets

   • Tongkat Selfie, Tripod, dll
     Selfie Sticks, Tripods, etc

   • Tas dengan ukuran tidak lebih dari 420mm x 297mm x 210mm
     Oversized Bags larger than 420mm x 297mm x 210mm

   • Bangku/Kursi
     Stools/Chairs

   • Payung berukuran lebih dari 25cm dalam keadaan terlipat.
     Umbrellas that are larger than 25cm when folded

   • Senter dan Penunjuk Laser
     Flashlights and Laser Pointers

   • Spanduk Besar, Bendera yang lebih besar dari ukuran A4, dll
     Banners, Signs, Flags that are larger than A4 size, etc

   • Senjata, Benda Tajam/ Benda Berbahaya Lainnya
     Weapons, Other sharp and/or dangerous objects

   • Minuman Beralkohol dan obat-obatan terlarang / tanpa resep
     Alcoholic drinks and illegal/non-prescription drugs

   • Rokok, Vape, Rokok Elektrik, dll
     Cigarettes, Vapes, E-cigarettes etc

   • Pemantik api dan barang yang mudah terbakar lainnya
     Lighters and other flammable items

   • Alat yang dapat membuat kebisingan termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada terompet, peluit, dll
     Noise makers including but not limited to air horns, whistles, etc

Protokol Kesehatan
Health Protocol

Dengan membeli tiket untuk acara ini, Anda menyetujui untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan di tempat dan fasilitas umum yang berlaku yang diterapkan baik oleh pihak penyelenggara, maupun pemerintah setempat.
By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to comply with the applicable health protocols in public places and facilities implemented by both the organizer, as well as the local government.
